Best experience ever! I made sure to make appointments for my entire family before leaving, and will be recommending them to my friends and coworkers! The staff is super knowledgeable and it shows. The wait was minimal and pleasant in their waiting area and the Dr. made me feel as if I was his only patient...I felt he truly cared about my concerns and made sure I understood everything he told me. I honestly can't say enough about this place, from start to finish it was just a great experience. I just picked up my glasses and I am in love with them...Best glasses I've had in a very long time. This place deserves to be recognized!!!

The doctor did not prescibe progressive lens when I specifically requested them, both pairs of lens were wrong when they came in, one pair was still getting the lenses fitted after two weeks, and poor communication between new works and experienced ones. Went to Eyeglass 4-Less, paid out of pocket for another eye exam and walked out with two new pairs in a total of about three hours.

I started using Ascension Optical and Williamson Eye Center over 27 years ago after my GERAT lady eye doctor moved to Oshners Clinic in Baton Rouge. IN MY OPINION, that was the last time I have received an accurate eye diagnosis and eye glasses that allowed me to see properly. Like an idiot, I kept going back to A/O & WEC. I kept having problems all these years but I prayed it would get better. It didn't. The straw that broke the camel's back was yesterday (3/5/18). I had a pair of high dollar glasses brake. This past January I replaced them with an even more expensive, supposedly also more durable pair. Monday one over the lenses fell our and they wanted to charge me $350.00 to replace both lenses because the other one would fall out. I demanded to speak to the manager but they said she was not in. She called me to say they would charge me because she said the frame was bent. Well why was I stupid enough to pay extra for MORE DURABLE glasses. I'm picking my frames up today and after over 27 years will not go back. Do you know of a good place to get eye glasses?

The last exam I had there was performed by Dr. Boudreaux. He did an accurate diagnosis but the lady that fitted me for the prescription...DID NOT!

I ordered glasses from them on March 3rd. I still don't have my glasses. Also I had to make 2 needless trips to Gonzalez from Baton Rouge because their text notification system screwed up. Will NEVER go there again.

This has got to be the most knowledgeable optical around with the kindest staff. There are walls of choices for eye wear and Dr. Adams is always patient and thorough.

The staff and doctors are ALWAYS friendly and professional! They worked so well with my son, which is difficult to do with a squirmy little boy! I highly recommend them!

Poor communication on when glasses would be ready and the cost. When I went to pick them up, they still weren’t the correct prescription. This was 2 years ago and haven’t gone back there again.
