The brand of equipment I buy is not as important as the dealer I buy from. When I go to Ascension Equipment, I know I'll get the best service around. Other dealers treat me like a number. Grasshopper, Stihl and Kubota are top brands in their industry and I have had great service out of all of them. Ascension Equipment also has the best service techs around.

Purchased a Tar River seed drill from Ascension Equipment this week. I worked with Cade throughout the whole process and I was truly impressed with his professionalism, promptness in returning phone calls and providing all of the information I requested. Several months ago I bought a used Kabota 30 horse tractor that was purchased here new in 2016. It had sat in a barn for years and only had 48 hours on it. I used it briefly and discovered that the four wheel drive did not work. I took to another dealership closer to my location to find out that the front right shaft was never installed. I reached out to them and talked to the assistant manager at Ascension Mrs Jane. It put my faith back in humanity. She was so nice and helpful. She understood my situation and contacted the warranty rep who went to the other dealership and checked it out. They covered the complete cost to fix my tractor. They could have very easily said not our problem and I would have been stuck. From now on I will make the drive for parts and service and share my story to everyone. Thanks again for helping me !

Order was ready to go as soon as I got there and a nice gentlemen helped load it to the car w/ out even being asked ( I did not catch his name ). Highly recommend Cade Simpson, this guy here went above a beyond . Straight shooter out the gate, best price he could possibly give you the 1st time.
