I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The eye exam itself was thorough, with the optometrist explaining each step and answering all of my questions in detail. Nathalie helped me with the selection of eyeglasses and assisted with my insurance coverage. She provided the best customer service!! Outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Quick good selection at a good price. I only come 1 time a year and Always pleasant, friendly and fast. I take longer picking out frames! Shiela is awesome!!! I was buying multiple frames and using insurance. She ran all the numbers to get me the best deal! Amazing and sooooo appreciated. Thank you!

Natalie is amazing and was able to find me the perfect glasses after I showed a style that I liked. She is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone is very nice and Dr. Wen addresses all your concerns. Highly Highly recommend!

This vision visit was great! Doctor and assistants were thorough, quick, and helpful. I was in between glasses for which pair to pick and Sheila helped pick out a few good options and decide on the best. She also helped find the best options for which my insurance covered. Sheila did great and so did the other workers and the Doctor!

I can’t thank Natalie enough for all of her help! I had ordered two pairs of glasses but one was just a little off. She spent time to adjust and inspect my new glasses. Natalie was so patient and kind. I ended up getting another pair of glasses and they are perfect. Thank you, Natalie!!
