If you need boating equipment, this is your one stop shop! We have a Cal 22 and needed an anchor that would put my mind at ease when anchored overnight. We purchased an eight pound stainless M1 and let’s just say I don’t loose an ounce of sleep anymore worrying about dragging! She hooks hard and we stay put! We also purchased the Mantus scuba kit, and I use it on the daily for boat maintenance and adventuring! Our newest purchase was the Mantus compressor to fill out scuba tank and it is just the best thing ever. Fills quickly, is incredibly quiet, and has such a small foot print. Seriously, love the compressor! It is a game changer for people who want to fill tanks with out having to go to shore!

We are eagerly awaiting the release of their new dingy and already have it one our list for purchase! The price, size, and durability got us hooked and ready.

Lastly, their customer service just can’t be beat. They called me back on a Sunday, when they weren’t even in the office to answer my questions and assist with our bow roller installation! Now and days you just don’t get that type of real human customer service anymore!

We love Mantus! And will remain loyal customers. If you want the best, look no further!

So I have 2 of the solar charging dinghy lights they are used multiple times a day in an ocean environment in south Florida. Not sure why but the solar charging stopped working. Emailed Mantus and asked about the warranty process and was 100% blown away by the response.

No questions asked they are sending me 2 new lights and a return shipping label for the damaged lights so they can find out why they stopped working,

That is why i give them 5 stars for an item that stopped working and will continue to buy products from them in the future.

I want to compliment the way this company stands behind their product. I originally bought an M2 from a local northwest retail dealer. I was unable to use the anchor until the return period had passed. We anchor often in very soft mud and after doing more research, I decided the M1 would be a better fit. Phillip Kutsen worked through this whole issue with me and now I have a refund from original purchase and a new M1 on the boat. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

These guys are second to none. Best customer service EVER! Several weeks back the pad on our AnchorMate cracked in half. I called Mantus and they tell me they had identified that as a problem and were looking for a new vendor to supply the pad. They called me back a couple weeks later once a new supply was in and shipped me a replacement at no charge, no questions asked.

Today my wife was following up on a face mask order that was past due and called into Mantus customer service. They had experienced a computer crash and several orders had been delayed. These masks were for her elderly parents and the order was being delivered locally. The young lady that handled the call was very apologetic and offered to hand deliver the masks since she lived close by.

I can't remember the last time we received this level of customer service. These guys are the Gold Standard!

Great products, maybe even better service. I was looking for a solution for a bow roller issue. They offered me great advice even though it sent me to a product they don’t sell. I still bought other good stuff from them. Their M1 anchor is fantastic; so are the other products they sell.
